We have been working hard over these last few weeks to begin the implementation of our NEW examination:
Multi-Axial Structural Analysis
We are excited to begin this aspect of our care to be able to provide the greatest and most complete exam possible for each and every one of our patients.
This exam will be utilized to cover the objective indicator of Spinal Shift.
What does this all mean??
Structural Analysis- We are using scales and lines to create a visual of what "normal structure" should be and how off course our foundation, the spine, has gotten in relation to that normal. This gives a clear picture of the type of care to implement.
Multi-Axial- This refers to getting both a lateral (side) and Anterior-Posterior (front to back) picture of any structural shift occurring in your foundation.
Therefore: Multi-Axial Structural Analysis (MASA)
Let's dive into each aspect carefully to understand why we are making this crucial change.
So, why MASA?
The reason we are making this change breaks down into one concept:
We want to be able to run the same, objective exam on each and every person who comes in to our office. Young, old, pregnant, in pain, it will make no difference. We now have the means to collect data to give even better care to all that walk through our door!
We are really excited to begin this implementation!
